In cooperation with the company JANKI Industriemontagen GmbH from Vienna, and after many successfully implemented joint works in Vienna and surrounding, we were able to, based on the most competitive offer and best quality prototype of the staircase railing, negotiate a contract with the company STUMPF AG to produce staircase railing for the most expensive private villa (15 million euros) in the most elite part of Vienna.
The villa is owned by Mr. Georg Stumpf, CEO of the company Stumpf AG and the man who built Millenium Center, the tallest office building in Vienna, within which is also a large shopping center. Imposing American style villa occupies a plot worth 5 million euros, has an indoor swimming pool, a garage for 40 cars, a movie theater....
The company OGANJ kovano gvožđe gave its contribution to the aesthetic value of this villa in the form of a spiral staircase made of wrought iron according to the submitted design. The model itself does not give the impression of glamor, but its creation in radius, due to the selection of materials, was a great challenge for experienced masters that OGANJ has in its team. In addition, the high standards of workmanship and final treatment that the investor demanded, have contributed to that we adopt special processing technologies that will serve as an experience for some future projects.
The villa is completely closed to the public, considering that it is a private property, but we managed to take a few photos that we are happy to present to you, so you can decide if OGANJ is up to the challenge.
